Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel before the renewal date, subscriptions will automatically renew, and you authorize us to charge the applicable fee using your payment method.

Distance Selling (UK/EU): By purchasing digital products or services accessible immediately, you waive your statutory right to a 14-day cancellation period under online and distance selling laws.

4. Events & Recordings

When you attend live events, workshops, or coaching sessions:

- Access is for the registered buyer only.

- Sessions may be recorded. By attending, you grant Predictable Buyers permission to record, reproduce, and share recordings (which may include your image, voice, or contributions) with other customers or for promotional use.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants at our discretion.

5. Services

If you sign up for consulting, coaching, or subscription services, you agree to pay the applicable setup and recurring fees. Predictable Buyers reserves the right to adjust fees with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, templates, PDFs, videos, and digital products remain the property of Predictable Buyers.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business.

You may not resell, share, distribute, or reproduce our materials without written permission.

Predictable Buyers, PredictableBuyers.com, and associated logos are trademarks of Predictable Buyers. Other trademarks and logos on the Website may belong to third parties.
